BoostedHost reserve the right to completely deny, cancel, suspend the submitted order(s) for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect, incomplete or missing product or related pricing.
  • Errors in the order.
  • Other reasons specifically described in our Cancellation and Refunds terms.
In case BoostedHost evaluates the product order as Fraudulent or an unauthorized, illegal transaction, we reserve the right to deny, cancel, and suspend the order.
General Availability, Website Errors, and Information Inaccuracy

In the case of the User Account password being breached and unauthorized actions take place, the user must inform BoostedHost immediately upon becoming aware.

Every user account is created with a username. The customer agrees and acknowledges that the specified username cannot be:
  • The name of another person or entity not lawfully available for use.
  • Name or trademark that is a subject of copyrights belonging to other persons or entities.
  • Offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Intellectual Property

Company Protection
The customer agrees with the responsibility to defend and hold harmless BoostedHost, its licensors, their employees, contractors, agents, officers, CEO’s and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, cost or debt and expenses caused by:

Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BOOSTEDHOST, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES OR AGENTS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE AND NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF REVENUE, COST SAVINGS, BUSINES,ANY LOSS OF DATA OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR ANY FAILURE, DELAYS, MALFUNCTIONS, SUSPENSION, NETWORK FAILURE, SERVER FAILURE, SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE FAILURE, OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF BOOSTEDHOST.

THE PRECEDING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF BOOSTEDHOST WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOOSTEDHOST BE LIABLE TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR UNDER ANY OTHER AGREEMENT FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE FEES PAID FOR OUR SERVICE(S) DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PERIOD PRIOR TO THE INITIAL ACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.  THIS IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Exclusion for Limitation of Liability

Website Payments
Clients can pay for the offered products and services on our website using the offered payment methods. BoostedHost supports the following payment methods:
  • PayPal Payments on behalf of BoostedHost (available for clients globally).
  • Credit card payments processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd on behalf of BoostedHost (available for clients globally).
  • Cryptocurrency Payments processed by CERTA PAYMENTS LTD on the risk of the customer. (available for clients globally).
  • Bank Transfer processed by GoCardless SAS (available for clients in selected countries).
BoostedHost does store any credit card information encrypted with military grade technology, after the payment the data will be immediately replaced by a payment token and only the last 4 digits of a Credit Card and Date used for payments submission will be stored and visible to BoostedHost and the Client. All Credit Card details are instead stored on secure and compliant locations with our payment processor represented by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. For any further information on the stored Credit Cards, our customers may contact them directly.
Website Changes
BoostedHost reserve the right to modify or completely replace the current Website Terms of Service at any given point in time. If the revision is affecting a large variety of subjects in our Website Terms of Service, we may or may not inform our customers with 30 days prior notice.

The customer agrees that by continuing to access our website after any changes to the Website Terms of Service take effect they agree to the revised terms. If the customer does not agree with any or even one of the newly revised terms they should discontinue visiting our website and cancel all services ordered with BoostedHost.
